Activation is the launch of the operational plan; it’s when all your hard work pays off and your people, process, technology, and culture changes are all live. So, let’s get ready to Activate the Change!
Key roles to make sure change implementation runs smoothly:
Change Practitioner – You are the ones doing most of the heavy lifting when it comes to turning on this change. Your job is to stay close with managers driving the change, activate hyper-care, educate, coach and mentor teams to reinforce new skills, knowledge, and behaviors. Be agile and communicate adjustments for swift and efficient adoption.
Managers – You have an important role in activating this change as well! Partner closely with the practitioner helping to monitor change deployment in your specific area of business. Model the way, positively challenge process enabling your team to shine!
Executive Sponsors – You need to keep managers and teams focused forward by initiating reminders of vision while encouraging recognition & celebration of wins. Guide & mentor practitioners & managers while helping resolve issues that arise during implementation stage. Keep everyone motivated by providing timely feedback & support as needed!
